The members pick us up in their dingy
boat and take us around the lake. I think this is the only sector on
earth where two missionaries teach the gospel from island to island.
It is the greatest blessing, the biggest privilege, and quite the
responsibility

i love and miss my brother bo so so much! he has been out for one year! he is in the cucso, peru mission! he just got the most amazing transfer to work on lake titicaca, they are a bunch of floating islands, These islands are made and re-made from the totora reeds. cracy!!! what a experience he is going to have living on a floating island! good luck bo!!! one year down one more to go!!!

Amy, Hey i found your blog through the good old blog stalking world and had to post about your brothers mission! My inlaws were the MTC presidents down in Lima Peru a few years ago and my husband and I had the oppertunity to go vist them and travel ALL around Peru. Including Lake Titicaca, it is THE MOST amazing place we had ever been! That is so neat he is serving there, he will LOVE it and LOVE the people! I believe I have some pictures somewhere on my blog of our trip if you wanna check them out!
so excited to finally be on the downhill!!! That kid is beyond blessed to get that area... so special :)
